First Round First Minute:  Chris Sharma in his new hood, Catalunya, Spain, shows us how he is still re-defining elite climbing on his latest 5.15s and new project. Watch Sharma battle it out whilst you settle in with a beer or choc-top.

The Hardest Moves:  The worlds of Daniel Woods and Paul Robinson as they boulder themselves into oblivion in competition to climb the hardest problems in existence.

Origins - The Hulk:  Alpine trad climbing with the legendary Peter Croft mentoring Lisa Rands during an attempt at freeing the Incredible Hulk Wall in the Sierras. An area as yet unseen on film until now.

Down and Out, and Under:  An adventure expedition with "first" ascents in our fair land, from Arapiles to the outer Tasmanian sea cliffs. I guess we'll have to wait for the night to find out if they really are "firsts"... mate!

Fly or Die:  Dean Potter, known for his high-wire high-jinks, wingsuit base jumps and now "free-base" activities, blows our minds again doing what nobody should with the best footage to date from his exploits. Potter solos multi-pitch routes and when he's met his match mid-move, throws himself off...

The Swiss Machine:  Ueli Steck tells of his solo speed ascents in the alps to breathtaking aerial footage. Ueli teams up with Alex Honnald for some Yosemite speed action with an ultimate view to missioning solo on the biggest walls the world has to offer.
