Mountain Equipment is a small independant grass roots retailer that has been trading in Sydney, Australia since 1968. We have two shops in the Sydney area, Chatswood and Sydney CBD.
The staff at Mountain Equipment do their best to ensure the gear matches their customers in every respect. We employ people who simply enjoy the outdoors and, most likely, have their own area of expertise, be it trekking or Mountaineering in Nepal or New Zealand, or rock climbing in the Blue Mountains and abroad.
